Our studio is committed to provide the absolute safest possible environment before, during, and after every photoshoot both for our staff and our clients. We take the utmost care in making sure everyone is safe while shooting. BSP is following all local, state, and federal public health guidelines along with guidelines from the World Health Organization (WHO) and OSHA to ensure that our clients can relax, feel safe, and have fun during their shoots. Even during this pandemic, our goal is to get you HEADSHOTS THAT BOOK WORK!

COVID VACCINATION

Keeping you safe is our top priority. Bella as well as our entire team are vaccinated and boosted, including all of our hair and makeup artists.

THE STUDIO

  • The Bella Saville Photography studio is a well-ventilated open space
  • Bella is covid compliance trained and policies have been created based on the SAG-AFTRA/PGA/DGA task force for onset health and safety as well as return to work. We regularly consult with a covid compliance officer.
  • All staff will be wearing face coverings at all times in addition to keeping a safe distance. Staff will also wear face shields upon request.
  • We shoot tethered on a very large, crystal-clear Retina 5K monitor so you can see your photos from 6+ feet away for image review. We can also setup a remote viewing app so they can be viewed from your phone live during your session.
  • Bella and Staff are getting regularly tested as a preventative measure, and clients will be asked to test 2 days before their shoot, which can be done for free, or a rapid test at their shoot if vaccinated, per current SAG-AFTRA on set safety guidelines
  • Ample hand sanitizer is placed conveniently throughout the studio
  • Bella can review your clothes ahead of time via dropbox to minimize non-shooting time in the studio. This also gives you great input from Bella in case you need to change a look or get additional clothing items ahead of time. This is in addition to our customized wardrobe & styling guide and shopping guide.
  • Our studio is an exclusive space occupied and used only by Bella Saville Photography
  • The studio features three large brand new state of the art medical grade industrial HEPA air filters

SANITIZATION AND CLEANING

  • We will be deep-cleaning, and disinfecting the studio before each client. Disinfectant is sprayed and allowed to set for a minimum of 10 minutes per OSHA guidelines, then the area is sanitized again.
  • In addition to an extensive deep clean between each client, we are also deep cleaning at the end of each day
  • All touched surfaces (i.e. doors, switches, handles, tables, chairs) will be wiped down and sprayed with an EPA-approved disinfectant and bleach-based cleaner.
  • Bathrooms will be cleaned and sanitized throughout the day.

HAIR & MAKEUP

  • All BSP makeup artists are Barbicide, WHO, OSHA certified, and fully vaccinated.
  • Artists are required to undergo coronavirus testing multiple times a week.
  • Hair and makeup by our artists at the studio can be done outside upon request and we have a fully equipped indoor and outdoor hair and makeup station
  • Our studio artists, if selected, will be adhering to strict health guidelines and sanitizing protocols to ensure your safety, wear full medical PPE, and sanitize regularly with medical grade disinfectant
  • Gloves, shields, masks, and shoe coverings are available for both artist and client as well.
  • Makeup products and tools undergo sterilization processes using both chemical disinfectants and UV-C light
  • Artists use disposable tools whenever possible and take specific measures to prevent any risk of cross contamination
  • For clients with allergies that may require specific products: please let us know at the time of booking, as special arrangements may be necessary.

Please reach out to us directly should you have any questions regarding the safety of your shoot.

We are committed to making our studio as safe as possible

SYMPTOMS

If you are or have felt sick, have had any symptoms or have come in contact with someone confirmed positive in the last 14 days, we ask that you please stay home and reschedule your photoshoot.

Symptoms of COVID-19 include:

Fever

Chills

Fatigue

Cough

Difficulty breathing

Vomiting or diarrhea

Loss of smell or taste

An infrared touchless thermometer is available to take temperature of staff and client before entering the studio. If you have a fever of 100 degrees or higher you will not be allowed inside. You will also be asked to wear shoe coverings (provided by us) upon entering the studio. We will have disposable medical gloves as well as disposable medical grade facemasks if you need one. Please note, clients coming in from out of town may be required to test negative and undergo a wait period per CDC guidelines. Clients will be required to sign a form attesting that they have not traveled via mass transport, been exposed to Covid-19, or had Covid-19 symptoms within 14 days of their shoot.

We ask that when entering the studio please wear your mask and wash or sanitize your hands, and wash your face (if getting makeup application). Clients may be asked to test ahead of their shoot as a preventative measure since they will be maskless during their shoot. We ask clients to wear a mask at all times except when shooting or during makeup application.
